Create an online account
Before you can shop at our online-shop you'll have to open an account. Even if you already are a customer, you'll have to register for our online-shop first. Once you've registered successfully you'll receive a confirmation by e-mail. Your entries incl. password are always available for you to see and/or to adjust.

Payment
Credit cards We accept MasterCard, VISA. The service charges of 2 - 4% will be added to your order. If your order is cancelled, the full amount will be credited to you.
PostFinance - yellownet Pay for your online orders through your Postfinance "yellownet" account. The service charges of 8 CHF will be added to your order.
Advance payment Pay in advance by online-banking, through your bank, or the post office. All information on how to pay will be displayed as soon as you have placed your order. Your order will be shipped immediately upon receipt of your payment.
Invoice Orders for corporate customers and public institutions can be shipped against invoice after passing a credit check.
