Mail order - ordered today, delivered to your home tomorrow

If you decide to order by mail, your order will be delivered to your home directly from the central warehouse (Switzerland and Liechtenstein).

Orders for products on stock at the warehouse that are placed before 2 pm usually reach the customer's address the next morning.

We ship all orders by Swiss PostPac Priority. If you are not at home when your order arrives, you can pick up your parcel at the next post office. For pallet shipments (i.e. television sets, large printers), the forwarder will phone you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Pallet shipments cannot be picked up at the post office. Pallets with destinations that are not directly accessed by Setz Guetertransport AG will be transported to the next possible access point (i.e. the base station of a mountain railway, etc.). There a freight forwarder will take over and deliver the goods by order of Setz Guetertransport AG. The ensuing costs will be charged to you.
